Terms of service
These terms apply to the SONOSHRINE online store and purchases made through it. Please read the product description, system requirements, and store policies before ordering.
Products and compatibility
SONOSHRINE offers digital audio software. Check the supported operating systems, plugin formats, and host requirements on the relevant product page before buying. Your computer and audio software must meet the requirements stated for that product. If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before purchasing.
Orders and payment
Provide an accurate email address and billing information so we can process your order and help with delivery or support. Prices, currency, applicable taxes, and the total charged are shown at checkout. Pay using a payment method you are authorized to use.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unavailable product. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Digital delivery
Products are supplied electronically. The Digital delivery policy (https://sonoshrine.studio/policies/shipping-policy) explains delivery and how to get help with access. No physical product is shipped for a digital-only order.
Software and content rights
Buying software does not transfer ownership of the software itself. Any separate software license supplied with a product governs use of that software; it does not remove your rights under our Return and refund policy (https://sonoshrine.studio/policies/refund-policy) or applicable consumer law.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights to audio and other material you import into the software. Purchasing a SONOSHRINE product does not grant rights to third-party recordings, compositions, or other protected material.
Do not redistribute our software, installers, or access credentials without permission, except where applicable law permits it. Rights in third-party software, fonts, and other materials remain with their respective owners and are subject to their applicable licenses.
Returns and support
All sales are final. Refunds are not granted once a serial key has been issued or a download has been initiated, except under the technical exception in our Return and refund policy or where required by applicable law. Acceptable use of the store
Do not use the store for fraud or unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access another person's account or order information without permission. Keep any account credentials private.
Personal information
Our Privacy policy (https://sonoshrine.studio/policies/privacy-policy) explains how personal information is handled in connection with the store. Do not include passwords, full license keys, or payment-card details in support messages.
Changes and your rights
We may update these terms for future use of the store. Changes will not retroactively reduce the refund rights or purchase terms that applied when you placed an order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
