  • Where it happens.Instrument or FX, Cloud or Chop, and the layer or control involved.
  • What you expected.The steps you took, what happened instead, and the exact error text if one appeared.
  • What you have tried.Note whether another sample, a new DAW project, or the troubleshooting guide changes the result.
  • Order details, if relevant.Include your order number for purchase or activation questions. Leave out passwords, full license keys and payment-card details.
